Delivery & Returns
If delivery method chosen is Collect In Store, you will need to produce your order confirmation email upon collecting the order from Room 26.
Our returns policy on Collect In Store orders begins from the day you receive your confirmation email.
Customers can now earn reward points on every purchase – 5% of total product value for every order will be registered to your account. These can then be used against future purchases!

Room 26 ship worldwide. We aim to despatch all orders received before 3pm same day. Orders with Next Day shipping received before 3pm (Monday to Thursday) will be shipped that day, otherwise they will be shipped the following morning or the following Monday for orders received after 3pm on a Thursday. All orders are shipped using Royal Mail, come with a tracking number and are insured to the full value. All deliveries made through Royal Mail will require a signature. We ship daily Monday to Friday. You will be notified via email once your item has been despatched. Delivery times vary on destination.

All orders are shipped on confirmed order date, Monday to Friday, where possible. Shipping will be calculated when you add your address during checkout. An amount will be applied to the sub-total cost of your order.
In the unlikely event that something that has been ordered is out of stock we will part–ship any remaining items and give you the option of a refund/exchange on the outstanding item/ items, or the option of having the item charged to you and then sent on when it comes into stock if this is possible within a reasonable amount of time.
FREE returns on orders over £100
We offer a refund or exchange for orders returned to us within 14 days from receipt of delivery. Returns are simple, to request a return please send an email to: email@example.com notifying us that you would like to make a return. We will get back to you within 24 hours with further instructions. All returned items must be unworn and in their original condition. This includes all product labels and packaging to be in-place and still attached to the product. The customer should pay for the return shipping costs (If order value is under £100) and we advise using a recorded and insured service to guarantee safe delivery. Please ensure that returns are sent in protective packaging.
We offer exchange or store credit only for orders returned to us within 14 days from receipt of delivery. We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on non faulty Sale items.
CUSTOMS & LOCAL TAXES
Depending on your location various local charges, such as customs import, duty, export, brokerage fees or local taxes that are obtained by an International shipment are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and they vary from country to country.
Any second shipments to an unfulfilled International order will have to be paid by the customer not by Room 26
